Early on when putting our house back on the market we interviewed several realtors. Robin was one of them. While we made up our mind on what we wanted to do (about a month or so) Robin was the only realtor who stayed in touch with us via email and a phone call or two. Even more impressive is she knew we were not planning on buying another home but we planned on renting. She set it up so I got emails on what was available in the areas we wanted to live in. Robin found to be what she promised she would be: Reliable, honest, on time and always was sure we understood everything that was happening before and during our sale. When we needed some repairs done after the inspection she found us a wonderful repair person who also followed through until all was as it needed to be for the closing. Robin was a dream come true. Her professionalism and expertise in the home buying process was truly remarkable. We stayed informed at all times of our status regardless if she was on duty, off duty, and even family vacation! We were constantly aware of deadlines and the pros and cons of each step, so we could make smart decisions. After hiring Robin as our agent, we were able to buy and close on a gorgeous 3-year old house in a total of two months while I was deployed overseas!! We chose Robin as our real estate agent for a few reasons. She asked us what we were looking for, got a feel for quality of home after showing us a few and dialed it in from there. I wouldn't use the term aggressive in describing her, I prefer assertive and consistent. She didn't needlessly bother us with information about homes that were out of our price range or in locations that we didn't want to live. She was absolutely in tune with our desires for a home and she worked very hard to find as many as possible for us to look at.
As first time homebuyers, she helped us through all the questions we had. She was very up front with us in the beginning and let us know she wouldn't tell us what we wanted to hear but what we needed to hear and we truly appreciated that about Robin. Robin is awesome! We came to her after our agent couldn't get us in to see a home. Robin not only was able to show us that home, she also had the scoop on properties brand new to the market. Our current home was on the market for less than a month when we made our offer and went under contract.
